Tube Laser
The Trumpf Tube Laser is the solution for cutting round, oval, square or rectangle tube effectively and economically. It can eliminate or reduce weld fixtures and welding time as well as drilling, milling and sawing. Tube laser cut pieces integrate well with the robotic welder.

Robotic Welder
We have increased our welding capacity with the Genesis Versa2 Robotic Welder. The robotic welder produces clean consistent welds and allows up to 5’ x 10’ fixtures. It can handle multiple part number and be four times faster than manually welding.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting produces efficiencies that will increase performance and/or reduce manufacturing costs. Tight positioning, repeatability of tolerances, nesting capabilities and reducing scrap are a few of the benefits of laser cutting. Laser cutting is one of the greatest advances in metal fabrication in the past 50 years.
